Bethany Cutkomp is an award nominated writer from St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Truman State University with a BFA degree in creative writing and a minor in psychology. Currently, she works as a library associate for St. Louis County Library with intent to give back to her hometown community.

 

Bethany is the managing editor of Thomasonian, a nature magazine uniting literary and scientific minds. Her own writing commonly delves into magical realism, romanticizing the quirks of the Midwest and common existential struggles of young adulthood.

In her free time, she enjoys catching chaotic vibes and bees with her bare hands. Sometimes the bees sting. Sometimes the vibes do, too.
